We worked with Artangel to support them in undertaking a review and audit of their current digital infrastructure and provided them with a set of recommendations and actions to be taken.
The review consisted of:
- Completion of a audit of the digital infrastructure through a series of discovery workshops
- Creation of a top line map of the work needed - to include identifying dependencies/interdependencies.
- Outline potential roles and responsibilities of existing team and scoping other resources needed to deliver the project.
- Defining limiting factors and key considerations
- Provision of recommendations for actions and improvements
