Castle Howard

Castle Howard sought to develop a digital marketing strategy as part of an ambitious review, funded by the CRF Fund, their digital operation. Other elements of the project included the development of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, membership, ticketing and eCommerce portals, website audit, analytics as well as a review of roles and digital literacy across the business.

To support their ambition, we provided a clear, concise and fully integrated digital marketing strategy and in sync with the development of the strategy, the web, membership and marketing view was captured and fed into the specification and development of CRM and related platforms (ticketing, membership and eCommerce portals).
