Business and Systems Analysis
- Building on the in-flight data analysis we conducted a thorough review and analysis of all of customer data collection and relationship processes, and assessed for GDPR compliance
- Carried out a technical review and analysis of all of our customer data collection and storage systems, and assessed for GDPR compliance
- Undertook system ‘to-be’ process workshopping and mapping
- Gathered business, functional and non-functional requirements for a new system through workshops
The Key Deliverables were:
- Detailed current process flows
- Provision of current systems technical architecture landscape & constraints with mitigating activities
- GDPR compliance report with process and system recommendations
- Delivery of a ‘to-be’ process, data and high-level systems approach proposal for new CRM system
- Business, functional and non-functional requirements documented and approved
- Initial high level cut-over / migration approach
