English Pen

To undertake a review of the existing CRM/Fundraising system and other data/payment systems in order to define how existing systems might be used or configured better, where integrations might be applied or improved and to advise on data structure, dashboards and reporting.

We conducted a number of workshop sessions with the English Pen team to understand their strategic business and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) objectives; the current issues, system capabilities and functionality needs/requirements and the ability of current systems to fulfil future needs. The outcome of this review led to the conclusion that the current CRM system would not meet their needs and led to further work in identifying and procuring a replacement system.
