Hospital Rooms

Working with Associate Consultant, Kate Fitzgerald, we undertook a review of Hospital Rooms’ current data strategy and compliance (GDPR/PECR) and provided a comprehensive Data and Privacy Policy for the future.
The audit and review encompassed:
- an assessment of where data was stored (newsletter list, website, payment providers, donation pages, Eventbrite, DBS checks, Donorfy etc) and undertaking work to ensure it was safe and compliant
- Creating a process for using data
- Outline of the process for any other data handling internally
- Providing guidelines for data retention
- Reviewing the new website to make sure it is compliant for any data handling/storage
- Reworking the data and privacy policy (internal and external) to include risk assessment and crisis plan actions necessary in the case of a data breach
- Providing an organisation-wide Data Policy
