Project Manager for Lancashire Classical Music Collaboration a ground-breaking partnership between the Halle, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, Manchester Camerata, Lancashire Sinfonietta, Preston City Council, Pendle Arts Trust & Blackburn & Darwen Councils, funded by Arts Council England. Involved creation of a coherent audience development strategy that raised awareness, increased audiences and improved access to Lancashire’s programme of classical music. Set up a number of innovative audience development strategies which were pilot tested and several have subsequently been rolled out; managed project funding, undertook audience research, undertook ticketing system review for King George's Hall; submitted ACE project reports.
