Rambert sought to identify and procure a fit-for-purpose and cost effective CRM & Sales solution for the organisation as part of their planned development of their Rambert Home Studio platform.  The CRM solution sought identified a need not only to provide the ability to process sales, donations, undertake fundraising, and manage learning activities but also to fully integrate with Ramber Home Studio and to allow them to  gain greater understanding of and insight into their various audiences/fans, to achieve greater audience engagement and grow their income.

I provided consultancy advice to:
- determine what their CRM/Sales needs
- undertake analysis into the 'systems' and processes they used and how they did or didn't achieve their objectives
- help determine the functionality required from the CRM system
- shortlist up to 3 providers to go out to tender to
- demonstrate the potential of a new CRM system and strategy
- assist with agreeing contract terms with chosen supplier
- undertake top-level project management of the implementation and go-live
