The Garage, Norwich

We worked with The Garage to support them in undertaking a review and audit of their current digital and software systems infrastructure and usage in order to determine whether current systems were fit-for-purpose and to provide recommendations for actions and steps to be taken to achieve the organisations goals and objectives.

Following the recommendations for this piece of work we subsequently worked with the team to help them determine their functionality requirements from a central CRM/ticketing system that might become their ‘single source of truth’.  A key requirement was to ensure that the system chosen could provide the ability to undertake event ticketing and to manage their complex learning programme requirements and bring the data together in one place.
