Whitechapel Gallery

Whitechapel Gallery sought to identify and procure a fit-for-purpose and cost effective CRM/Membership/Fundraising/Ticketing solution for the organisation as part of their planned digital development funded by the Bloomberg Philanthropies Digital Accelerator Programme. The CRM solution sought identified a need to provide the ability to process donations, undertake fundraising, manage membership and manage future ticketing requirements to integrate with existing epos retail, bulk email and space management solutions and to allow them to gain greater understanding of and insight into their various audiences, to achieve greater audience engagement and grow their income.

I provided consultancy advice to:

  • determine what their CRM/Fundraising/Ticketing and other needs
  • undertake analysis into the 'systems' and processes they used and how they did or didn't achieve their objectives
  • help determine the functionality required from the CRM/ticketing system
  • shortlist up to 3 providers to go out to tender to
  • demonstrate the potential of a new CRM/ticketing system and strategy
  • assist with agreeing contract terms with chosen supplier
  • undertake top-level project management of the implementation and go-live
