ABOUT

I am an experienced arts consultant with a significant track record in organisational and audience development, project management, CRM, ticketing and system procurement, marketing and communications having worked in arts, cultural and heritage organisations for over 20 years.

My career in the arts began working in Marketing and Communications for performing arts organisations including three regional orchestras. Central to that work was the significant success I achieved in audience development and segmentation resulting in the development of the very first Test Drive the Arts programme, a cutting edge Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and segmentation strategy: Audience Builder, and many other ground-breaking audience development programmes many of which have been widely disseminated and copied across the UK and Europe.

I became an independent consultant in 2009 with a focus on helping organisations to develop CRM strategies and procure CRM/ticketing systems to enable them to deliver their art to audiences in the best possible way. I am entirely independent from software system suppliers whilst having an in depth and up-to-date knowledge of all the major suppliers and their products. I am also Chief CRM Contributor at The Ticketing Insititute and winner of the 2020 Midlands Enterprise Awards as Most Outstanding Small Business Entrepreneur.

Other services include: CRM, Marketing & Audience development strategy, database health-check, customer data analysis, data management, team development. I am also a Morris, Hargreaves McIntyre' Culture Segments Tag Tool  Partner.

As owner and CEO of Helen Dunnett Consulting, I will be your main point of contact. I regularly work with the following Associate Consultants to guarantee the best possible advice and expertise, but overall management of projects are entirely my responsibility.
