Arts Council England

Arts Council England commissioned us to review the use of their in-house CRM System and to create a formalised CRM strategy and implementation plan to ensure it would meet the needs across the business.

In order to expand the use of the CRM system from what had been a limited number of people and teams we worked worked with system developers to put in place improvements to the system which allowed testing and roll-out of the CRM to one of the largest teams at ACE. Alongside this we worked with ACE to create a plan to ensure robust oversight and governance processes were in place.
