We reviewed Cambridge University Library’s current CRM/Ticketing/Fundraising systems and needs in conversation with key stakeholders and provided detailed insight into their requirements in preparation for a potential system procurement process. The primary objective of this project was to identify whether the current system would meet the needs of the organisaton for events ticketing, donations, fundraising and the external holders of University Library cards or whether a replacement system would be required.
