Consultancy advice to enable SEMDP to develop an effective and relevant Civi CRM site/system working with both the SEMDP team and their IT support partner, Circle Interactive in order that SEMDP were able to fulfil their current and future strategic objectives.
This was achieved by:
- Undertaking a Scoping/Needs Analysis and Data Health Check
- Providing recommendations for action and investment
- Creating a CiviCRM system development project brief for the client support partner
- Working with the client and support partner to implement the system developments required through to completion
