Undertook a fit-for-purpose review of their current CRM/Ticketing system which included:
- researching and reviewing the current issues
- the system capabilities and functionality
- the organisation needs and requirements
- the ability of the current system to fulfill future needs and business objectives
This was summarised in a report making recommendations to put together a brief for development of their current system and/or investigate alternative systems that might meet their needs.
