The Tung Auditorium
Working with Associate Consultant, Kate Fitzgerald, we provided support and guidance to The Tung Auditorium, Liverpool in enabling the smooth implementation of their chosen CRM/Ticketing system and undertook a review of their data strategy and compliance (GDPR/PECR) which included the provision of a comprehensive Data and Privacy Policy.
This encompassed:
- Scoping and Planning for how the CRM/Ticketing system was to be used across the organisation and by whom
- Assisting with defining the criteria for set-up and configuration of the system
- An assessment of where data was stored and undertaking work to ensure it was safe and compliant
- Outline of the process for any other data handling internally
- Reworking the data and privacy policy (internal and external) to include risk assessment and crisis plan actions necessary in the case of a data breach
