Consultancy advice to enable Manchester Jewish Museum to identify a fit-for-purpose and cost effective CRM/TIcketing solution, ready for its re-opening in 2021 that will meet the needs of the organisation in terms of CRM, admissions, café, shop, education groups, and to synchronise with the website.

Work included developing a set of over arching CRM objectives for organisation, preparation of a system functionality specification, preparing tender documentation for potential suppliers and working with the team to evaluated shortlisted systems and appoint a preferred supplier.
