Undertook a fit-for-purpose review of their current CRM/Ticketing system which included:
- researching and reviewing the current issues
- the system capabilities and functionality
- the organisation needs and requirements
- the ability of the current system to fulfill future needs and business objectives
Alongside this time was spent identifying and comparing these elements with other systems
in the market and putting together a brief for the CBSO of requirements for the
encumbant supplier to respond to.
