To work with the Frantic Studio team to interpret the business requirement of Frantic Studio, a new online subscription based resource portal to support teachers/students in their studies of drama, and translate into a technology solution that is also fit-for-purpose for the wider organisation. Assistance was given to enable Frantic Assembly identify a fit-for-purpose solution and cost effective CRM/Sales solution through a process of discovery and definition of requirements, and in providing the lead on the tender, procurement and contracting process of a preferred option. This work also involved working closely with the web development team at SuperCool.
