National Dance Company Wales

National Dance Company Wales sought to review their current systems and identify and procure, where appropriate, a more fit-for-purpose and cost-effective CRM, fundraising, ticketing solution for the organisation. The CRM solution sought identified a need to provide the ability to manage all admissions and event ticketing requirements, to process donations, undertake fundraising and to allow them to gain greater understanding of and insight into their various audiences, to achieve greater audience engagement and grow their income.

I provided consultancy advice to:

  • determine their CRM/Fundraising/Ticketing needs
  • undertake analysis into the 'systems' and processes they used and whether they did or didn't achieve their objectives
  • help determine the functionality required from the CRM system and where integrations with retained systems were required
  • shortlist up to 3 providers to go out to tender to
  • demonstrate the potential of a new CRM system and strategy
  • assist with appointment and agreeing contract terms with chosen supplier
